And even then the screens blind over and require attention from plant personal to unblock the screen face. If the screen is not cleaned properly, spills and overflows to downstream processes occur.

The Blue Whale Micro Bar Screens ability to do this is due to its precisely engineer bar rack and 100% repeatable action of its fine penetrating rake teeth. The rake teeth effectively clean between the bars removing the debris and elevating it out of the channel. At the discharge of the screen a simple but efficient scraper system cleans the waste material from the rakes and discharges it for ease of disposal.
