Fully factory reconditioned Or-Tec Mark II 1000 Belt Press System. This is the single belt press for the municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. It is designed to be easy to install, operate and maintain.

The belt press system has been fully reconditioned by Or-Tec at our factory in Cleveland, Ohio. All equipment except for the stainless steel frame, tanks and pans are brand new. The control panel, all bearings, the dewatering belts, pumps, motors, geardrives, actuators, sensors, piping, wiring and conduit have been replaced with brand new items. All Or-Tec Polymer Blend items are also 100 brand new. The stainless steel frame, pans and flocculation tank are cleaned and shot blasted.

The system is being offered with an AS NEW 12 month warranty.

The refurbished Mark II belt press system configuration features a single 1.0 meter wide dewatering belt. One button automatic start-up and shutdown, automatic belt tracking and a sludge cake monitoring system come standard and make operation straightforward and easy. The belt press can be supplied as a mobile unit and is compact enough to fit on or in a trailer that can be hauled with 1 ton pickup truck.

The belt press is constructed entirely of stainless steel and can be provided as a stand alone unit or as a complete turnkey system with all equipment required for dewatering, factory mounted, piped and wired on a stainless steel skids.
