During these difficult times we are still working hard to ensure your waste water needs are met. We recently shipped an Or-Tec Micro Bar screen down to Georgia to a waste water treatment plant to be installed. Then COVID19 happened...how do you help your customer when there is no travel? Luckily we have representatives all over the US who are trained on how to run and operate our equipment. Before the Micro Bar left our facility we made step by step videos on how to install and start up the equipment for our customer. We were available by video phone to help walk the operators on this new project through the process with our representative, Cornerstone H20. We are pleased to say the equipment is up and running smoothly. Times like these you are tested and have to think outside of the box.
