Inside Sales Manager

Or-Tec Inc. is an established manufacturer of wastewater treatment equipment serving municipalities, industrial clients, and private manufacturers across the U.S. and internationally. We are expanding our spare parts and service business and we're seeking a full-time Salesperson. The Ideal candidate will have an outgoing and friendly personality as well as motivated and organized. You will build relationships with existing customers, create proposals and estimates, and coordinate projects from sale to delivery. Additional responsibilities will include developing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Sales Calls (very few cold calls)
  • Scheduling Services
  • Order Processing
  • Account management
  • Inventory Management
  • Technical assistance to customers
  • Leverage Technology in the sales process

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of sales process
  • Knowledge and technical understanding of spare parts
  • Mechanical troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with CRM and Accounting software
  • Wastewater industry experience (not required but a big plus)
  • Communication skills
  • Computer proficiency

Time Off
