Service call to Pepsi Plant in Ohio, a success

A Pepsi bottling and manufacturing plant in southern Ohio has had an
Or-Tec Belt Press since 2001. Recently they called with an urgent
request. They could not get their sludge to flocculate and needed help.
In less than 24 hours our service technician Don was onsite ready to help. Don quickly established the cause of the problem and by replacing some older parts and making some adjustments was quickly able to correct the problem and get the sludge to flocculate again. Don noticed a dewatering belt that had recently been shipped to the customer had been installed incorrectly. This was also corrected saving the belt from quickly becoming damaged and saving the customer the cost of replacing it again. Don spent a total of 4 hours onsite and all issues were resolved.
Keith Otworth, the plant supervisor was very happy with the service and commented, "Don did a great job and was very knowledgeable".
