The OR-TEC MINISCREEN offers the advantage of high quality small orifice screening
and compaction with the lowest capital cost on the market today. The MINISCREEN is
easy to install, operate and maintain. It simply fits inline on a pipe and is mounted
using the provided flange connections. The unit comes in three sizes and can used
in applications requiring screening down to 2mm.
Should onsite conditions change and finer or coarser screening be required the perforated
screen section on the MINISCREEN can be changed to a smaller or larger perforation size
in a matter of minutes by one person. The cost of replacements baskets like
the MINISCREEN itself is low.
The MINISCREEN is fabricated from Stainless Steel AISI 304 or AISI 316
The screws can be construced of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel or
coated micro alloy carbon steel
