New Training Video

One of the ways we try to support our customers is through good communication and by providing timely answers to questions we get from customers and engineers. As a way to expand that support we are launching a series of instructional videos designed to help plant personnel operate and maintain their plants and equipment. The first of these is available on our website (and YouTube) featuring the one and only Johnny Hall. Many of you will know Johnny from service visits he has made to your plant or talking to him on the phone. For those of you who don't know Johnny is a retired US Coast Guardsman who served for 24 years. Following that he was a confined space supervisor for an environmental company and has now been with Or-Tec for over 2 years working in our service department.
