OR-TEC GRIT CLASSIFIER Or-Tec Grit and Sand Separator
The OR-TEC Grit & Sand Separator is the perfect solution for separating and dewatering grit/sand and liquid. The unique wash system incorporated in the screw section of the separator makes it possible to greatly reduce organic material from the sand.

The units body is constructed of stainless steel. The screw can also be constructed of stainless steel or coated micro alloy steel.

In addition if required the MN-FW Series Conical Separator/Classifier can achieve 97% reduction in organics.

The OR-TEC Grit and Sand Separator features include:

  • Removes sand grit particles greater than 200 microns (.007”)
  • Optional Air agitation and discharge flushing
  • Available as combined unit with Screw Screen Compactor
